Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, delivery within Australia typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We regularly run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders within Australia, all prices include GST and there are no additional customs charges. If you're ordering from outside Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first. If you still can't locate your parcel, contact us at jacobushendriks00@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
Change of Mind
We want you to love your VYRO boots, but if it's not quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility for return shipping, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or you received the wrong product, contact us straight away at jacobushendriks00@gmail.com and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
