Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after payment has been accepted, in which case you will receive a full refund. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates only, and VYRO is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those rights.
